One question we get asked repeatedly when consulting with clients is: “Can you recommend a venue for my event?” This is one question we do not play with since an event’s venue plays a big role in the success or otherwise of the event. Trust us to have a curated list of favorite venues across Houston that we suggest to clients based on their budget and event type.

For your convenience, we broke the list into two: traditional event venues you can use for parties and events with a large number of people and private restaurant dining rooms where you can have intimate dinners and events for a small guest list. So, if you are planning a party, business meeting, or other event and are confused about where to host it, let our list guide you.

Private Restaurant Rooms

1. Mastro’s Steak House

Mastro’s Steak House is part of a restaurant chain that offers a premium dining experience in a serene and colorful environment. Houston’s Mastro’s has a number of private dining rooms that are suitable for dinners, receptions, or business meetings/conferences. A mouth-watering menu and live music are other features that make Mastro’s one of our ideal event venues.

2. Kiss

If you are searching for a “vibe dining” experience, look no further than Kiss Houston Restaurant. They have a variety of private dining rooms that can be set up to your preference.

3. Pinstripes

In addition to Pinstripes Houston’s bowling and bocce facilities are private dining rooms that you would love! Pinstripes also has a wide American/Italian menu you can choose from coupled with live music and great ambiance.

Traditional Event Venues

1. Event Space HTX

Event Space HTX is the perfect venue if you plan to have a large number of people at your event. You can of course use it for a smaller guest list too, you will have more space to play around with. A chic, modern ambiance and in-house catering are part of what you get at Event Space HTX. You can pay by the hour or for a full day.

2. Sharespace

Sharespace has two locations within Houston and both can be spruced up however you want. The Naylor venue comes with an outdoor patio that you can’t help but use.

3. Ronin Harrisburg

Ronin Harrisburg is part of a number of event venues managed by Ronin Art House. Special features of the venue include three skylights and laser-cut vine decals that will complement your intended decor. Ronin Harrisburg is suitable for wedding receptions, birthdays, business events, and more.

Having three locations within Houston, North Houston Studio is a great choice for any event. All three studios are sited north of Beltway 8 near the Bush Continental Airport and as such are easy to access.

5. Ronin 2

Ronin 2 is an absolute favorite venue for any event. It is a wide-open space that can be transformed to meet your specific requirements and used for any event paying attention to the guest limit. Three large natural light skylights, a 500 sqft patio, and a mirrored tile bar are special features that differentiate Ronin 2 from other event venues available. It is also managed by Ronin Art House.
